Creating A Beyonder Organization

In this session, participants will explore the history of the Beyonder concept and gain insights into the qualities that define a Beyonder, both individually and organizationally. They will learn about the critical creativity skills required to become a Beyonder, which are all teachable and learnable, and understand the value of applied creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions. The session will guide participants through the process of moving from ordinary to Beyonder status, focusing on the importance of understanding their own "8-brain" and that of their colleagues and clients. Participants will also learn how to put the 8-brain into action, improving relationships, decision-making, and future planning. The state of flow will be emphasized as a key to achieving peak performance, and the session will conclude with insights on how to anchor a Beyonder organization by consistently operating above the line, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth

The Courage to ask WHY

More than ever, companies need to find the right answers, first time round. If we lack the courage to ask WHY when making crucial decisions and creatively re-engineering our organisations, personal lives or processes, we run the risk of finding elegant answers that are not the solution to our problem. If we don’t ask WHY, we are – at best – making an educated guess about both the problem and the solution.

Why and how do we choose to block our own creativity? Discover the five elements of creative thinking and how you can un-block your creativity to rekindle your inner genius.
