GENERAL
Erudite Training Solutions Pty Ltd (‘Erudite’) provides refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy. This Policy is intended to be read in conjunction with the Erudite Terms and Conditions, which together govern your rights and obligations.
Prior to registering for any program(s) offered by Erudite, whether listed on the Erudite website, Eventbrite, LinkedIn, or other official social media platforms, please review this Policy in full to ensure that you understand your rights and the remedies available.
PURPOSE
This Policy aims to ensure fair and transparent handling of customer payments and refunds when a program, or membership is purchased.
SCOPE
This Policy shall apply to all individuals (member or otherwise) or entities who engage in the purchase of any paid programs provided by Erudite.
PAYMENT
In accordance with clause 4 of our Terms and Conditions, payments for any Program(s) must be made in full by or on behalf of the Delegate(s)/Attendee(s) at the time of purchase.
EFT Payments:
Where Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or bank transfer is the chosen method of payment, registration will not have been deemed to be completed until full payment of purchased tickets has been received. The total amount payable must be paid within 24 hours (from date and time of purchase) to reserve your tickets. If payment is not received within this time, your reserved seats will be cancelled, and your tickets will be invalid.
PLEASE NOTE:
Once EFT payment has been made, you are required to email a copy of our remittance/proof of payment to info@eruditets.com. Please ensure you include your Order Number in your email subject line.
Upon receipt of remittance/proof of payment, our team will send you an email confirming registration. We recognise that transferred funds may take time to clear; therefore, proof of remittance submitted within the specified timeframe will be considered sufficient.
To ensure your reserved seats are not cancelled and that confirmation of your registration is received in a timely manner, please provide us with the above as soon as possible.
Erudite accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Paypal).
A confirmation of registration will be received within three (3) calendar days following receipt of full payment. In the instance a confirmation of registration is not received within this period, please notify Erudite without undue delay.
All payments must be received in full prior to the commencement of any Program(s) to confirm your seat(s). If payment is not received within the stipulated time, Erudite reserves the right to cancel or re-allocate your ticket.
In instances where additional services are rendered by a third-party provider and such services incur fees (e.g., EI Assessment), Erudite shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service provider. Any payments made in relation to these services shall be governed by the provider’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to provisions regarding refunds, which may not be available.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/CREDITS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Registration to a program(s) shall be deemed confirmed upon receipt of full payment to Erudite.
Discounted tickets are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations requests for full-price tickets made by Delegate(s)/Attendee(s) within fifteen (15) calendar days of registration are eligible for a refund, subject to a non-refundable administrative fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total program fee. Cancellations made after the lapse of the fifteen (15) day period shall not be eligible for a refund. In the the unlikely event that Erudite cancels a Program(s), Erudite will refund the full amount and disclaim any further liability.
In the event you are not eligible for a refund, Program(s) credits (“Credit Voucher(s)”) of equivalent value will be provided instead. No cash equivalent will be provided. Credit Voucher(s) are solely redeemable through Erudite, and each Credit Voucher is applicable to one (1) Program at any one time. Credit Voucher(s) may be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of issue. No extensions will be provided.
Delegate(s)/Attendee(s) are entitled to transfer their ticket to another qualified candidate (“Substitution”). Delegate(s)/Attendee(s) may only be entitled to a substitution if they provide written notice of substitution to Erudite no less than five (5) working days prior to the Program. Delegate(s)/Attendee(s) are entitled to only one (1) Substitution without incurring an additional fee. Each subsequent Substitution will incur an additional ten-percent (10%) admin fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Erudite reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, speakers, dates, and/or location of the Program(s) at its sole discretion and without liability.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
Erudite Training Solutions is committed to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and values all feedback received. In the event you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided, please email info@eruditets.com with your concerns.
We will acknowledge your concerns and aim to provide an initial response within three (3) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial response, you may escalate the matter by submitting a written request for further review to our Support Team at afaf@eruditets.com. This submission will initiate the internal dispute resolution process.
Erudite will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith. If a resolution is not reached internally either party may pursue external resolution in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions.
ACCEPTANCE OF OUR REFUND POLICY
By continuing to access or use the website, registering to attend any of our program(s), or accepting an invitation, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy contemporaneously with our Terms and Conditions.
