Cancellations, Substitution and Refund Policy
Erudite Training Solutions
Purpose:
This policy aims to ensure fair and transparent handling of customers payments and refunds when a program, activity, or membership is purchased
Scope:
This policy applies to all customers/ members who are purchasing Erudite Training Solutions paid programs, events, and conferences.
General
At Erudite Training Solutions, we offer refunds and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws and on the terms set out in this refund policy.
Before registering for any of our events, listed on the Erudite Training Solutions website, Eventbrite page, LinkedIn page, or social media, please read this policy so you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with a program you purchase.
Payment Terms
ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Fees are inclusive of program materials, lunch, and refreshments during the event depending on the delivery method if it is a virtual hybrid or face-to-face arrangement. Payment to be made within 7 days of invoicing. Full payment must be received prior to the event to confirm your seat(s) in the event. Please contact us for alternative arrangements.
Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds
Cancellation must be received in writing
The reservation is confirmed once we receive your payment.
Cancellation is subject to a 20% admin fee if the delegate decides to cancel within15 days after registration and requests a refund.
Cancellation after this deadline will not be refunded. however, equal program credits valid solely to Erudite Training Solutions events will be granted. Credits are redeemable for a single program and are only good for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
Substitution with another eligible applicant is permitted with at least five business days' notice to Erudite Training Solutions. Substitutions are permitted without charge once. Subsequent replacements will incur a 10% administration fee.
Within seven days, you will get an invoice and registration confirmation; if you do not hear from us within seven days, please contact us. Payment instructions will be sent with the invoice, depending on your desired mode of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Erudite Training Solutions maintains the right to alter the program's content and scheduling, as well as the speakers, the day, and location, owing to unforeseen circumstances. If, in the improbable event that the course is canceled, Erudite Training Solutions will return the whole fee and will assume no further obligation.

At Erudite Training Solutions, we are committed to addressing your feedback and attending to your complaint promptly within 24 hours from receiving your complaints.
If you are unhappy with the initial resolution, please provide your feedback directly to the ETS QA team afaf@eurditets.com to start the dispute resolution process.
